Absolutely useless

If i could give less than one star i would. The WORST customer service i have ever experienced in my life!! The lady effed up my order sending it to someplace else. But they still expected me to pay, which i wont since i only got it the next month. Its been two months now woth THIS SPECIFIC error and guess what ive gotten aortex out? NOTHING. keep promising me lots but nothing. Spoke to a “manager”, she didnt even get back to me. I have about 5 ticket numbers, which no one actually sorts put the problem, then an email a day later saying its been sorted put and to do a review. Uhm. Now they tried taking the D/O twice this month, i reject one, then my bank charges me R105. Who is going to pay for the reps **** up? Me!! THEY ARE THE WORST!!!! Get back to your ****** customers and do your damn job!!
