Absolutely terrible customer service

I placed an order for the ps5 God of War bundle and received a email saying that the console has been ordered with the suppliers, I didn't receive a approval message or any other form of contact from them, I also didn't receive a update on their self portal page on their website.

Iv sent multiple emails with no reply, called and have been transfered from person to person with no help at all.

It's frustrating and to be quite frank it's absolutely terrible customer service from their part

I tried to make contact with your sales team on several occasions via phone call when I sit on the phone for 30 min with no response, iv sent numerous emails again with no response.

Please ensure they actually get back to me this time
