Absolutely BAD Service.

I am super disappointed with the service, or should I say Lack of service that I am receiving from Teljoy. I have placed an order on the 26th of Oct. Until now which is about 2 weeks later my item has still not been delivered. There is NO COMMUICATION from their side. When I try to phone it takes up to 10 calls before someone answers, when they eventually answer they transfer you to 20 different departments, and when you finally get to the sales department, they just put the phone down in a person's ear. Absolutely disgusting. I will NEVER order from them again, and neither will any friends or family of family.
