absolute class from Teljoy, the definition of over and above to assist. Lizaan ( sales team leader ) working from home due to family responsibilities took the time to not only assist but to escalate, follow up and resolve an order which was authorized for approval based on their discretion ( because i hadn't qualified for credit amount ) the Manager NH, despite me being an absolute *** hole, was fast, efficient and extremely understanding in facilitating the process.

i want to thank the entire team at Teljoy. you guys truly do put the customer before profit and i applaud you for that. 5 stars does not warrant the service i received, if i could id give 10. thank you again.
