A WOW EXPERIENCE
I had the pleasure of speaking to Masesi K in the call centre, she was a breath of fresh air. Engaging, knowledgeable and very helpful. The conversation required continuation on email, she waited on the call until I received her email, and continued to be of assistance. She went above and beyond to answer each question, and offer more information than required. As someone who has years of experience working in customer service, this was truly a WOW experience.
