A Horrible Experience with Disappointing Service
I had the most frustrating experience with Teljoy, and I feel compelled to share it. Initially, I was drawn to their offerings because of the flexibility and convenience they advertised, but that quickly turned into a nightmare.
From the start, customer service was incredibly poor. It took ages to get through to someone, and when I finally did, they were unhelpful and dismissive. Despite countless calls and emails.
The lack of communication was staggering—no updates, no clear timelines, and absolutely no accountability from their side.
It’s incredibly disappointing to deal with such poor service from a company that claims to offer convenience and flexibility. I wouldn't recommend Teljoy to anyone looking for a smooth and professional experience. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
