A company who likes to use threats when they aren't doing their jobs!

I was supposed to have paid off my account in December. Despite me replying to every single email and not getting a response I EVENTUALLY got a response saying I missed 3 payments in 2022. I sent proof of payments from that date and got a reply back saying the date was wrong and it was for 2024 but no statement for 2024. I rep**** to that email and that person decided to no longer reply to me. Until this morning when I got a threatening message saying my name will now be listed for 10 years. I have been replying to every single email and teljoy have not gotten back to me once. This company should not be in business as you clearly don't know how to do business or hire people that are incapable of actually doing their jobs. Don't threaten me if I am the one trying to get this sorted out and your employees are the ones not replying or doing anything about it. What a pathetic excuse for a company
