A bouquet must go out to Retha Gräbe, Service Manager, Teljoy, Johannesburg

I had the good fortune to have dealt with Retha Gräbe who is the Service Manager at Teljoy up in Johannesburg, I'm ;located in Cape Town, and would like to send out a huge bouquet to her for the excellent service she provided me I had an issue with the battery in my laptop that needed replacing and Retha made sure that a new battery was delivered to me down here and kept me aware of the progress every step of the way. Retha, in my opinion went above and beyond the call of duty in ensuring that my needs were taken care of. Thank you Retha, your assistance and effort is well recieved,
