These guys are the biggest ****ers, they changed my billing date, and I have been paying my installment monthly and on my original signed date and they have not only messed up my credit score, I have been trying to resolve this for 2years now with no help.

19 Aug 2024, 10:031 week later, I'm still waiting for a resolution, I spoke to a consultant samual and it was pointed out post all the statements were the issue presented itself. There has not been any feedback regarding the next steps to fix my acc and I'm still dealing with a non payer profile for 8months.
