Teletronics -- bad service

I handed my led tv in on Saturday (23/10/2021) at Teletronics Standerton, for repairs. They informed me that I will have a quote to repair my TV by the 25th or the 26th of October 2021. Which did not happen. Today is the 27th of October 2021 still no quote.
