TV Repair Nightmare
Unprofessional, unreliable, broken promises and excuses. It is now 14 days and counting. Their Website promises, "Quick, efficient 24 hour service" amongst other things. This couldn't be further from the truth. They ignore our phone calls and take really long to reply on WhatsApp. Their physical address, postal address, company registration number and email address do not appear anywhere on their website, now I know why. We received a voice note on Friday that "Junior" will bring our repaired TV back to us on Monday at 10h00. Today is Monday, it is 13h30 and no TV.

We eventually got our TV back on the 25th day and when we wanted to make them wait for their payment, they started threatening us.
