teletechtelevisions lack opf service

I was told that i would have my tv repaired on a day however i have been waiting for several days to get any feedback from the company or any assistance when requesting feedback, when i attempt to call i get the phone put down before there is an answer or the call is allowed to just ring. i was told the TV Would be repaired but i have had no feedback and cannot go to another company to get this fixed as they have the parts for the TV
