Have they ****** our TV?

They came to fetch our tv for repairs on the 9th of December promising to have it back in a day and a half. Numerous messages to them and phone calls - they promise they will get back to us with a date for returning our tv but they never follow up on their promises. We are now at the point where our next stop is the police station. They will also not give out their physical address so that we can collect our tv. Stay away from this company!!!
