Bad News

Hello "HeloPeter" this company fixes Televisions and according to their site some other electronic equipment. About 2 months ago they fixed our LG Television, we were very satisfied as they also have a 6 month guarantee. For the last +/- 4 weeks I tried with no success to get Chris to send a technician because it appears that there is a problem with the TV. He either does not answer his phone, do not answer Whatsup calls or messages and if he does he keeps making promises but never "Delivers". I am contacting you because I do not know what to do anymore.
