Rude call centre staff

Call centre agent extremely rude. I am at work and cannot take a call. She tells me I must go to bank to check my credit card because I cannot take her calls while at work. Why is this company calling me about my private affairs? they are not my bank!! It's a disgrace that a telemarketing company has such rude staff.
