you ripped my car not all parts were put back and there are additional demages from the pictures i had before.

I collected the car from the panel beater and they told me it has a left suspension which I noticed when driving back because I insisted as I was driving it after the accident and before it was collected.i have a video of the tow tuck guy moving the will. I requested recordings asking not to ripped my car open. I got a call that it has to been put together but it's not true,some pieces are not put back. I have new scratches that weren't there when I sent the car,seeing from the pictures I took. My light just fell on my way,some parts are broken and were forced back. A guy passing next to me showed me and that side had no accident. Why was my car ripped when I was told it wouldn't and who will pay for these. Will share pictures and videos but i am not given the chance.
