You must be a qualified lair to work for Telesure Legal department.

On the 8th of April 2016 I was involved in a vehicle collision with a lady that is insured with First for Woman. The lady was admitted to hospital as a result of her injuries, a week later she contacted me, to appologise and was whilling to assit in reparing the damages to my vehicle.

She emailed me all her details and a copy of an SAPS affidavit taking full responsability for the accident.

I then contacted the insurer an d lodged a thirdparty claim, the insure requested verious documents of which I provided to the insurer.

Its more than sixty days into the claim and nothing has been done to deal with my claim.

Every week when I make a follow up on the progress of the claim, I keep on get diffrent and conflicting statments and promises from the consultants.

I had to pay R45 000.00 to repair my vehicle as i am getting no assistants in this regard.

So what do I do? Get an Attorney and sue the lady, or due I go to the Ombudsmen?
