<p>I really need to compliment Dial Direct as a brand;</p> <p>Yessterday I received a great service and I informed them about it;</p> <p>Today, I am receiving not only great service, but the response time exceeded my expectation;</p> <p>Ms Tatum Jones really exceeded my expectation - Yesterday in the late afternoon I notified Dial Direct about the changes that needed to be addressed, this morning before 9h00 - Tatum listened to me and my query was addressed timeously.</p> <p> </p> <p>Well done Tatum, keep it up.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Ayanda</p>
