Worst experince with telesure and budget insurance

wow!!! no communication recieved from the legal team at telesure regarding the claim for my excess after i was involved in an accident and paid R6525 excess.

Instead they threw my case out saying i didnt check my blindspot LOL did they read the police report??

do they know it was a single lane? and the guy over took on the right hand side instead on the left?

do they know he doesn't have a valid license?

i called Numerous times!!! and then Kelly wants to send me an email with wording cut from a handbook, LOL what a joke!!! like they pay me monthly!!!
