Worst experience and service

I am left disappointed, frustrated , and angry I was in a car accident in December 2025 , 6 months later , you guys cannot recover anything from the 3rd party , leaving me with a written off vehicle, and debt to my name for someone else’s negligence . Choosing you as my trusted insurer has left me with a bitter taste , all the follow ups had to come from myself constantly calling speaking to multiple agents giving me no indication as to when my claim will be finalized , then having someone handle my case giving me 1 update a month , escalating it to a manger and a promises that my claim will be resolved in 90 days which is now more than 90 days still with no outcome !!! . I followed up this week on an update with no response , it is not fair that it seems like I have to take legal action into my own hands . This is the last attempt asking for assisting to recoup the money and finalize my claim .
