You guys! this company owns so many other insurance companies, there is a whole mini docuseries on this whole incident on YouTube, please watch it. Anyone looking to take up insurance DO NOT take Telesure ones, there is about 12 of them. :) but their people are nice shame, from the person you claim to, who claims they will call you back and never does. and the "legal" person who claims will call you (after you have initiated first contact) and never does To the "legal legal"person who this case has been "escalated to"because you have been complaining claiming they will call you back and never does To the "head of PR" that contacts you after you have reviewed them on HelloPeter and Twitter and claims to be "working hard to get you everything you have asked for" only to send you one thing and then mize you.

anyways... That YouTube lady will pay you money nyana for your story, send your "rejection letter" and a screenshot of your entire interaction with them, also, remember to record your calls, because even though they say, "all calls are recorded and will be made available to you upon request", none of that is true. and that lawyer guy...God bless to you all.
