What a great first contact experience

Called to report my car ******. Expecting more questions than answers with heavy red tape to add to my discomfort.<br> WOW, what an interaction and resolve to inform me on the way forward and even arranging a rental car.<br> Being dealt with as a human with empathy shown about my predicament was a pleasure to experience.<br> I felt like a discussion with a well known family member with clear and direct discussion and not treated as the enemy.
