Well done!

I was involved in a motor vehicle accident on 6 August 2020. I immediately contacted First for Women where my car is insured. The necessary paperwork was send and all questions asked and answered. I had to borrow money to pay the excess of R4 950 to have my car released from the panel beaters which First for Women made me aware of from the start. I was not impressed with this as it is a lot of money. It took almost 4 months for the case to be resolved, but Telesure Investment Holdings staff kept me up to date of what was happening, even though I was impatient. I was informed right from the start that it is a legal matter which take time. I was contacted yesterday with a response from the guilty party's insurance. I confirmed a few questions with the Telesure agent. The total amount of R4 950 was paid into my account this morning. Even though it was a long process, I had no hassles to sort out this claim and the staff from First for Women did an excellent job. They were always helpful and friendly and even had sympathy with my situation. Even though I do not wish to be involved in another accident, but I would really like to do business with them again and would recommend them for service excellence.
