Warranty department telesure

Pathetic service ever by first for women under telesure. They keep on taking my money each and every month but I cannot get hold of their warranty department. You hold on call for more than 30 minutes and end up cutting. I came here to complain 3 days ago to show how arrogant they are they have not contacted me.

I sent them emails about 2 days ago till today no response. I have escalated it to the office of ombudsman just collecting more evidence on my side. My vehicle registration is HT 69 NJ GP which has warranty cover with first for women.

I spent 2 days trying to call this department on my own expense with no success for a claim. Can u imagine?
