Waiting on payment

Hi<br> <br> Telesure sent me a third party payment amount to be paid out to me. The documents was sent on the 01 March 2016 for damages to my vehicle. I completed the form and sent it back on the 02 March 2016. I was told by the legal department that payment takes 5 to 7 days to reflect in my account. It has been over 20 days and I am still waiting??<br> I also received a letter to say that my stationary parked vehicle was negligent and has to pay damages to your client. You client admitted fault and took full responsibility. When I contacted Telesure I was told the letter was sent in error and that my file was closed.
