Waiting for feedback

Had a car accident on the 1st of December 2015 and my car was written off. Requested that the legal department contact the other party who was at fault when the accident happened to claim. The investigation has been on going since January 2016, on the 4th of March 2016 Carol Nortje sent an email saying she'd give me feedback during the course of the day however I'm still waiting. Can somebody please tell me what's happening. Carol is the one who's handling my case and we've been going back and forth. I was not the one at fault and I need you to please claim from the other driver as I'm currently paying for a car I don't have due to a shortfall amount.<br> <br> Policy number: ***<br> <br> Kindly assist in this regard.
