Very Bad Communication

<p>VW insurance gave me a call around end of May 2016 and I gave them a chance to quote me and they were cheaper than my insurance. I confirmed with them and requested them to cover me from 1 July 2016 and requested them to send me cover documents which they never did. the following day I called again twice requesting for same but they never sent the docs. 3 days later I requested them to cancel my insurance with them because If I'm struggling now to get simple documents what is going to happen when I claim.</p> <p> </p> <p>I got through to cancellation department which confirmed that my cancellation will be effected and it has 30 days before commencement of cover, I was requested to e-mail proof that Im still insured to ********** which I did. A week later I received my vehicle statement with arrears of R969.20 I called them again and they said the following month it wont reflect they had run their finances for that month already and requested that I send that proof that im insured again to a different e-mail address ********** The following month to my surprise the arrear is still there and I have been making follow ups since. I called again in December the agent advised that he cannot assist with the matter he will note down the matter and pass it on to his manager who will come back to me within 3 days, to date the manager never called.</p> <p> </p> <p>In January 2017 (over 6 months later) I received a letter that the policy is closed but the arrear amount is still there on my vehicle statement.</p> <p>I need that arrears amount removed please because I dont owe anything.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
