Vehicle accident claim

<p>I have been a client of Budget Insurance since 2009, Policy Number ********** 83. My experience with Budget Insurance was good, until now when it really matters.</p> <p>I was involved in an accident with my vehicle (no fault of mine) on Saturday, 11 March 2017. I was very happy with the roadside assistance i received on the day of the accident. I officially logged my claim on Monday, 12 March 2017. Almost immediately I was informed that that my vehicle is a write off cause it is economically not viable to repair it. On Wednesday, I followed up with telesure progress on my claim and again I was told that the vehicle was written –off and that I should send through a settlement quote from my bank, which I did.</p> <p>A week has passed since I logged the claim, so I call to follow up again on the progress, now I’m being told that my vehicle is no longer a write off, but in fact that it will be repaired. Is this panelbeater certified Mercedes Benz panelbeater? I am not happy with this and I request you to reconsider.</p>
