USELESS

I had damage done to my property through a Gas Installer, he had to make a claim with his insurance. Daphne from Telesure contacted me 2 weeks after the damage happened. It has now been almost a month and I am still without the oven that has been damaged with telesure handling the claim. Have sent emails twice to Daphne with no response, tried calling them now and the lady that assisted me was even more pathetic. I am absolutely so glad that I am not your client. Steer clear of this company
