Unwarranted

I am appalled at the fact that this so called company can just make a credit enquiry on my behalf without consent from me because as far as I'm concerned I have never dealt with this so called company before or since. This is a direct contravention of the credit act and they need to be held accountable. From what I have observed here and on other web pages , I am not the only individual that this has been perpetrated against and i am quite certain that I won't be the last if nothing is done with regards to their blatant lack of respect for people's rights and privacy. To that end I hope they are dealt with in the most severe manner as this act has far reaching consequences for the people involved.
