Unsettled Third Party Claim
In October 2014 my car was damaged by one of AA's clients, while parked at the Pre-School where I work. The lady involved, put in a claim with the AA as her husband is a member.
I have been dealing unsuccessfully, with Dorah Aphane. Initially she was wonderful but after the first phone call, where I sang her praises, she has been of no assistance at all.
I have e-mailed her on numerous occasions, trying to find out what was happening with my claim but she very seldom even bothers to reply to me.
The last e-mail to me was on the 1st Feb. asking for my bank details as an amount of R4655.99 was being paid out to me, of the original repair quote of R6647.35. I sent all the relevant details back immediately.

On the 22 Feb. I once again sent her an e-mail asking for any progress with my claim and I am still waiting for a reply.

I think this is disgusting service from a reputable company such as the AA.
I have had the repairs done, at my own expense as I received a fine for my broken back light which was damaged in the accident. I could not wait any longer as I am not in the position to keep paying unnecessary fines.
