Unhappy customer

Previous experience with telesure was fair how my claim was handled after budget insurance declined my claim, This year on the 24th to the 25th my vehicle was ****** budget insurance decided to declined and failing to provided recordings of me saying the key that I again appealed again and filed a dispute as the loss Adjuster Mr Ahman Maharaj falsely noted incorrect statements and failed to provide solid references

I lost the vehicle 24-25 January we are now in 15 April I have to make provision for the vehicle installments R14000 monthly and make provision for hired car its straining me financially
