Unauthorized credit enquiry
Unauthorized credit check was done on my name. I want the footprint removed immediately

Your insurance policy with Telesure is a short-term insurance policy.
Telesure does not send any adverse information to credit bureaus. As a CPA member we are bound to send normal payment profile - this is used to determine a person's affordability.
We do not send negative ratings to the Credit Bureau's as insurance is billed in advance.
If the clients' insurance is not paid, the client will have no cover for that month.

01 Oct 2025, 21:41There was not normal payment profile stats sent to the credit bureau. There was an actual credit check done on my name. I have not app**** for any credit or insurance from your company for anyone to want to determine affordability
