Unauthorized Credit Bureau Inquiry

I filled in a Hippo.com form to get insurance quote; then decided to add the new car to my existing insurance. I have responded with "not interested" to insurance sales call I received following the Hippo.com quotation.

Open my Credit bureau report, I found a TELESURE GROUP SE, with type EDUCATIONA and my details as the contact. I have not made any contact with Telesure this year or any of it's subsidiaries; nor held any conversation with any of their sales person beyond saying I am not interested after the greetings.

Credit bureau report checks affects one's credit bureau status negatively - Telesure has no right to query my credit record from simply having bought my information from Hippo.com - anyone is capable of filling the form in with anyone's details besides.
