Total waste of time and money insurance!!!!!!!!!
Had a claim. Gave them all the details of the party who was the caused of the accident as well as proof and witnesses contact details. After nearly 2 years got now a reply they cannot do anything. Always had to email them for feedback. Did put the claim to them on the right time not late but zero help to get the excess of the Culprit and the Company who's truck it was!!!!!!!!

We can confirm that the matter was reviewed and it was found that the matter was dealt with and assessed by our attorney. a Decisions was made not to proceed with the recovery of the repair cost..
