Tihsa pathetic

Tihsa is one one the worst companies to deal with they stall u fr 30 days niw we on 36 days still being on h9ld to pay my claim.. u have a no care attitude and unprofessional Mbali why are you telling me that you dont have the need to respond to emails no wonder Tihsa so pathetic bcoz u hv *********** staff.. everyday when I call it's q different excuses. Ya all excuses not to pay out. My file is with management fr 3 weeks to approve boy maybe african times take a number take a seat everyone spins a diff story excuse still waiting fr manager to call me after I leave messages.. niw I get told to call after 15.00 they in meetings bs..
