Thorough, Honest, Friendly

I am happy to say that I seldom require the services of an Insurance Assessor, but if all of them were as friendly and helpful as Nigel, I would not mind the interaction so much. Nigel put me at ease and explained the process to me in detail. His report back on my vehicle, was extremely professional and surprisingly thorough. As sad as I am with the results on my vehicle, having such a detailed report, has helped me settle my mind that his conclusions were best and I am in good hands with my service provider. <br> <br> Thank you Nigel Peplouw.
