Pathetic ! A NEGATIVE rating would be applicable. More than TWO years to resolve a simple refund of my excess (after the third party ADMITTED guilt and said they do not defend anything). No service, no answer on e-mails - and the telephone line is ALWAYS "busy at the moment"
