Theft from vehicle

I had the misfortune of having all the wheels ****** from my vehicle and had to submit a claim with Dial Direct. As with all all insurance claims you expect the worst, so I was pleasantly surpised by the way my claim was handled. My claim was handled quickly and efficiently by a very knowledgable, helpfull, able and efficient lady named Bianca Marr, she kept me updated at all times, she is a great adverti*****t for your company and I wish to express my warmest and sincere thanks to her for all she has done.
