The worst Service Ever

The worst Service Ever. On 3rd June 2025 I was traveling from Mthatha, My car showed a battery sign on the dashboard. I contacted my insurance Auto and General to inform them. They sent someone to have my battery recharged, only to find out that it was not the battery but something broke ( I think it was a fan belt and the ***** on a engine came loose. I told them that I was driving through potholes on my way to George, so what happened was caused by pot holes I was driving past. This happened at 2pm at the highway in PE. After long conversations with people on the phone I was given a courtesy car around 7pm, mind you I have a challenge driving at night, hence I left Mthatha early to be on George before it gets dark.
