The worst customer service from Telesure Investment Holdings (TIH)

I have an issue with the turnaround time and communication of the claims department. I have to be the one who keeps on communicating and following up on my claims. I do not even want to talk about the professionalism of some of the staff there.

They do not give proper advice/or information when one submits a claim. This is the worst when it comes to customer service.
