The worst company ever
The worst experience I ever had. I have done an internal dispute after my insurance rejected my claim for reasons that is wrong. I have been waiting more than a week for answers. They keep on coming with excuses and delays after following up each time. They give you a due date and dont stick to it at all. This isnt fair towards any person not even to speak about the client having to pay for extra expenses and storage. Will never insure with @virseker again because they just hand off to these people that doesnt treat their clients well at all.

29 Nov 2021, 14:11The complaint has been sorted but now i dont get any answer of when you will fetch the vehicle at my premises and this is becoming a problem with storage. I was told that someone will contact me to tow the vehicle on Friday already and i still havent gotten an answer or time. This is becoming very urgent to resolve
