THANKS FOR GREAT SERVICE!!

Since my accident 14 October 2014, I only had difficulty with everybody I dealt with. Noreen are the only one thus far that are excluded from that list and I want to thank her. At first when she answered my call, I was actually looking for someone else, who was busy with a client at that stage, and she immediately took my details and helped me out of my frustration. She was calm, friendly and were really willing to walk the extra mile with me. She gave me advice and information and confirmed it with a email. Two days later I forward her my receipt as requested by her, and believe it or not, the very same day I was reimbursed. NOW THAT I CALL SERVICE WITH A SMILE! Working with frontline personnel myself, I consider her indeed an asset to the company and her services are appreciated by frustrated clients like me. I wish her well and may God bless her abundantly.
