Terrible Service TELESURE GROUP SERVICES
Terrible Service. We have been communicating from the 1st July 2019 and still nothing resolved regarding my EXCESS They do not follow up-DO NOT give feedback .Every time the person handling the claim is not there or on leave and handed to someone else . Have all the email trails .The excuses are you will get feedback next week ,waiting on 3rd party ,weeks later nothing .Today 3rd October i phoned in after numerous emails i been told they still waiting and it has been handed over to Warren .

My wife received a call on the 3rd October from Warren Daniels and he confirmed on email and telepathically this has been sent to 3rd party Management .We haven't received feedback to date ?
