Telesure is the Best!!!

Good day, <br> I had the pleasure of dealing with Hannetjie Joubert of Telesure - Claims Support Consultant. I called them about my car details being changed into their name without my knowledge, also lost the original papers for my car, that is still in my possession. To cut a long story short, Hannetjie was always friendly and extremely professional. Am not sure how she does it but she is a super-woman in my books.<br> <br> Behind the scene, Gerhard Marais took time out and assisted Hannetjie with going out of his way and literally going to the traffic department (we know what a nightmare it is to go there but he took the time anyway).<br> <br> Please note that in the middle of everything, meetings were scheduled with external parties to be involved in resolving this issue. Imagine all the energy and time put into resolving my issue.<br> <br> I will be moving all my insurances to Telesure, without a doubt! And possibly see what more they can offer me as THEIR client.<br> <br> I am really WOW-ed and do not know how to thank the Telesure Team.
