TELESURE INVESTMENT HOLDINGS SERVICE IS BAD AND THEY'RE PROTECTING EACH OTHER WHEN THEY MESS UP.

05 May 2023 my car was damaged during riots and i was insured with Nedbank Insurance. I lodged a claim with Nedbank Insurance and Telesure Investment Holdings is responsible for processing their claims. My car was assessed by Aubrey Botes from TIH and his qoute amounted to R35 000 and my car was authorized to be fixed. The repairs commenced and i got my car back on the 25th of August,upon receiving my car, i had a few complaints and i informed my insurance immediately. I opened multiple complaints with them and i didn't get help. I was then told that my Car was repaired for R47 000 and i lodged a dispute with the Ombudsman and i requested another assessor to re assess my car and Shaun Coetzee was dispatched to help me and i requested another repairer and Shaun assessed my car only for him to qoute already repaired parts since i told him that i don't want second hand parts on my car and the qoute amounts to R11 300 with second hands parts and i refused to take my car to the repairer as am not Happy with what Shaun has authorized. I then sent pictures and the new qoute to the Ombudsman to take a look at it. There's a hole under my car that was fixed but it doesn't appear on the invoice and currently i owe the bank R63 000 and they fixed my car for R46000 - R2500 excess and they now want to fix it for R11 300. Both Aubrey and Shaun listed that my car has 150 000km on the clock and it has over 350 000km on the clock yet they refuse to write it off but the assessment report says my car is in Poor condition. I canceled my insurance with Nedbank Insurance and i want to close my Nedbank accounts.
