Telesure investment holdings is a ****

I was involved in a single vehicle accident and I blackout out but fortunately by God's grace I went to the address I had just left a friend of mine assisted me and took care of the scene.The following morning I went to report the accident as required by law and filled an insurance claim and the TL kept on telling me that this guy was a senior agent (which wasn't relevant cause every employee should know how to do their job but I thought nothing of it). The investigator from Telesure which I got was nothing but a hypocrite, he requested documents such as my bank statement, tracking report and concent to my information basically so as to eliminate alcohol as a reason for the accident, which I provided almost immediately. I told him exactly what happened and a couple of days later he told me that I had to come in to his office to dispel is "false allegations", my gut feeling told me this was a trick as he had no reason to meet with me nor could he tell me why we had to meet.

I sent an email to him informing him that I'm insecure to meet with a stranger at any place and that I request a notice that forces me to meet with him. I furthermore provided alternative communication platforms. He responded tell me that I have to follow my policy obligations which state that I should comply with their reasonable request of which I asked him what does reasonable mean to him cause I had made effort to best assist him with the investigation by my willingness to talk with him on the phone or a zoom meeting. He never responded to that email.

The following day he called telling me that he just came back from the police station which was the alternative place he requested as to meet at that morning. He said he spoke with the police officers that were at the scene and they confirmed that they tried looking for me without avail. He further said that the was a party at a particular address which I didn't set foot at this is from everyone's account who was at the scene.

He claimed that he had a witness who is a security who saw me and 4 people fleeing the scene with a bottle of whiskey and that he had 4 camera footages of the accident. 2 days later the claim was rejected due to driver leaving the scene of an accident (which could have been done without an investigation nor allegations if it was indeed ********)non of the above mentioned was stated on the rejection document nor the call to explain the rejection.

This man was very intimidating and assured me on our last call that he will reject the claim based on those reasons. Budget insurance which I affiliated with never called to inform me about the rejection nor cancelation of the insurance that the car was written off.(same people who claim to have their customers interest)

Upon calling Budget insurance I got through to a very dismissive and rude person which I will expose soon. I requested the recorded call from the investigator which he refused to provide and I asked one simple question if some lies to you is that person credible he refused to give me an answer.

I'm now currently paying for the keys with no car as they told me to take it within 48 hours. My objective is to expose that Budget insurance is a **** note that it's under Auto and general including 1st for womam and as well as hippo. Once I get those call recordings which they promised I will prove what a **** they are. Stay away from Telesure investment holdings.
