Telesure Investment Holdings has failed to process a claim that was approved! Their rude agent Nomsa Themba said they’d need 48 hours to approve a quote for a claim I made two weeks ago. It’s been a week and they are not responding to my emails. This is the company that Budget insurance works with- absolute trash! My car is still not fixed and they have not even bothered to call and explain the reason for the delay. Stay away from budget insurance because they work with these ********!
