Telesure investment Holdings false reflection on my credit score

I am seeing Telesure investment Holdings company under my credit score showing as if I'm owing them. I don't know how does it appear on my name as I never had any contact with them . This is decreasing with my credit score and I demand it removed please as I don't owe them anything.

Good day Asanele,

Telesure Investment Holding policies are a short-term insurance policy.

Telesure does not send any adverse information to credit bureaus. As a CPA member we are bound to send normal payment profile - this is used to determine a person's affordability.

We do not send negative ratings to the Credit Bureau's as insurance is billed in advance.

If the clients' insurance is not paid, the client will have no cover for that month.
