A client of Telesure Investment Holdings rear ended my stationary car at red traffic light. I managed to get 2 quotes from different Panel Beaters, stating the damages to be about R62K. Telesure's assessor, *without* seeing the damages physically, offered a R24K settlement which I refused. They refuse to send the assessor to come see the damages to my vehicle, and secondly they refuse to recommend a Panel Beater that would be willing to repair my vehicle for R24K!!! Very arrogantly told me to go litigate if I want to. So to any client of Telesure (Auto and General), if you think that you have proper 3rd Party liability insurance, think again. Also very slow response, and takes forever to revert back.

So their reply to me is that it is ok to use and i quote "according to protocol alternative or second hand parts need to be quoted for". So my car had original parts and they want to replace the parts with "second hand" parts???
